Conference Overview

The Educational Plant Maintenance Association of Maine, in continued collaboration with the Maine Department of Education, is proud to host the 55th Annual EPMA Custodial and Maintenance Conference at Waterville Senior High School on June 24 and 25, 2026.

This two-day event features a diverse selection of professional development programs designed to support custodians, supervisors, facility directors, and maintenance staff in addressing daily challenges and advancing their careers. The conference includes workshops, keynote speakers, vendor exhibits, and networking opportunities.

This is a no-cost conference. All-inclusive scholarships are available for attendees, covering conference registration, workshops, meals, and overnight accommodations if needed. There is no out-of-pocket expense for school custodial and maintenance staff who attend.

Vendors are invited to reserve exhibit space at reasonable rates. The conference gym serves as the exhibit and dining area, providing dedicated contact time with over 150 attendees. Since exhibit space is limited, we encourage early registration to secure your booth.

A single 8×8 vendor booth for both days, including a full-page advertisement in all attendee packets (200 copies to be supplied by vendor), is $400. Mail check (payable to EPMA) to:
